This challenging "hands on" role is focused on driving operational output and performance on all fabrication projects for PTI (Pipe Tracking Inspections, Inc.)

Pipeline Project – Manage all fabrication items/vendors/qaqc team
Main Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
•Direct production activities by scheduling resources according to a production plan; establish priorities; monitor progress; resolve and/or communicate issues with engineering; able to read dwgs/charts.
•Control the flow or production, costs, hours, and established schedules.
•Read and interpret shop drawings; communicate requirements to production personnel on a daily basis.
•Ensure quality and quantity of daily production is satisfactory.
•Experienced with the manufacture of pressure vessels and piping under the jurisdiction of ASME/API codes; experienced with structural fabrications including spools, plets, jumpers, jackets and skids.
•Able to work with Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and coordinate inspection regime with quality control.
•Ensure the operation of plant equipment by directing scheduled maintenance, calibrations, and unscheduled repairs.
•Maintain a safe and clean work environment; knowledge of 5S is a plus.
•Plets, Spools & Jumpers knowledge
•Onshore/offshore pipeline knowledge
•Manage qaqc team - develop procedures
