We are currently accepting resumes for a Project Manager:

POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Manager will be responsible
for providing leadership, oversight, and management of all
Mistras activities on-site. The Project Manager will develop
and implement management, planning, and cost control
systems. The position is also ultimately responsible for
executing the work in accordance with the quality standards
and requirements specified for the project. The Project
Manager will provide the client with full customer
satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all Company
policies and procedures.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

• Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and
management of all Mistras activities on the North Slope
Project.
• Provide direction and goals for the management team.
• Strong execution of all company and client policies and
procedures and ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership through example of Company’s HSE
Program.
• Lead quarterly PRM presentations.
• Represent Mistras Services on provision scope of services.
• Provide daily reports to client on staffing, worksite
locations and specific project status.
• Develop and implement site specific policies in
partnership with Human Resources and Operations as needed.
• Assure proper KPI’s are utilized and are being met for the
success of the organization.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of customer contract and
implement requirements.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of QCC Union contract to
assure compliance.
• Liaison between Company, Client and entire staff.
• Maintain a Safety conscience work environment.
• Encourage utilization of Mistras and BP Employee Concerns
Program.
• Incident management and investigation lead.
• Maintain adequate staffing and resources to ensure project
completions.
• Demonstration of strong leadership by being accessible to
all employees.
• 100% customer satisfaction with overall project.
• Maintain KPI’s and make necessary adjustments to program
as needed.
• Maintain exceptional HSE record.
• Be fully prepared for PRM meeting.
• Effectively manage the following direct reports:

o Operations Manager
o HSE Advisor
o Administrative Support Staff
o QA/QC Program Manager
o Radiation Safety Officer
o Training Specialist

Measures:

• MIMIR data review for completion.
• Zero OSHA recordable incidents.
• Group HSE performance.
• Client feedback.
• KPI’s
• PRM
• Positive employee morale

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have the following qualifiers:

o High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in
Business or Engineering preferred.
o 5+ years of midstream or downstream inspection experience
with 3+ years in a project management role for large
projects.
o Possess a strong knowledge of the following NDT methods:
UT, PT, MT, RT, VT.
• API certification in API 510, API 570, or API 653
preferred.
• Possess strong team building capabilities and leadership
qualities.
• Strong demonstrated project planning capabilities highly
desirable.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Concerns
Programs is highly desirable.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office suite.
• Exceptional communications capabilities both written and
oral.
• Organizational and analytical skills are a must have.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
We are seeking candidates that are willing to make a minimum
1-2 year commitment. This is a FULLTIME position with
benefits. We are not seeking short term contractors. You are
responsible for travel costs to and from Anchorage or
Fairbanks, AK. This job description reflects management's
