Scientific Cylinder is in need of an Ultrasonic Level II technician site manager. Position requires 80 hours of classroom with six months minimum ultrasonic experience or AAS degree in NDT. Prefer someone who is local or wants to be in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Your experience should be in thickness measurements, flaw detection or immersion testing. You would be working with new advanced technology for testing high pressure cylinders using the ultrasonic immersion testing method. This is a production type environment, performing calibration, production set-ups, interpretation of examination results and documentation. May involve periods of standing and you should be able to lift 50 lbs. We need a self motivated team player who can work alone without superision, is computer literate and can make critical decisions without outside assistance.
