CMM Programmer / Quality Control Inspector
A world leader producing machined exotic metals for the
aerospace and refractories metals industry. This
international company offers many innovative products to

We are searching for a highly skilled mechanical
inspector to join their valued team. The quality control
inspector will need past experience measuring precision
machined components. Past experience working in a AS-
9100 aerospace, ISO-9000, ISO-13485 medical or nuclear
products manufacturer is preferred.
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for first
piece, in process and final inspection including first
article inspections. This position is responsible for
CMM programming and operation. Knowledge of Zeiss CMM
with Calypso software is preferred. The quality
inspector will accurately complete quality control
documents such as non-conforming material travelers and
control charts. Strong computer skills maintain
electronic data is a must. Interested candidates will
need to read prints and have good Gd&T skills
interpreting machining drawings. Knowledge of shop math
and some trigonometry is needed. We are searching for a
detail orientated candidate with strong documentation and
communication skills.
MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality
inspection in a high precision machining environment, CMM
programming, operation and support is a must. Knowledge
of Zeiss CMM’s with Calypso software is a plus. Good
GD&T and the ability to interpret machining drawings is
needed. Knowledge of AS-9100, ISO-9000, ISO-13485,
nuclear, medical, aerospace quality standards or highly
regulated industries is needed.
