NDT Inspection Company has an immediate opening for a Level II NDT Inspector. MT, PT, UT, Shear Wave and Visual preferred. Will train for the right candidate. Will have to pass a back ground check and drug screening. A good driving record and VA drivers licensed is required. Perform NDT inspections on a variety of different
vessels, assemblies and parts.
• Operate within cross functional NDT working cells
utilizing a range of different methods
• Interpret and review engineering drawings as
required
• Support the development of NDT inspection
techniques for complex jobs
• Assist in training and developing others within
the team
• Support research and development in to system
qualification and certification

Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Level II
Non-Destructive Technician

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• NDT Level II MT, PT, UT, Shear Wave and Visual
• Experience working in Shipping industry is
highly preferred
• Problem Solving tools and techniques: Practical
Problem Solving (PPS),
• • Microsoft applications – word, power point, excel


Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs unassisted,
bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb
stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run.
• Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends
if needed
