Under minimal supervision, manages assigned project(s) through the Stage
Gate process to deliver defined scope on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Experience with working both independently and in a collaborative team-
oriented environment.

Education Minimum Requirements/Equivalent:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related Science/Engineering discipline or equivalent
work experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Experience:
• 8-10 years of experience leading product development projects.
• Project planning and execution experience within structured phase gate
product development process.
• High tech electronic or electro-mechanical project management experience
preferred.
• Experience within the energy industry or electronic manufacturing is a plus.

Travel Requirements:
The individual in this position must be able to travel outside the U.S.
