The Surveillance Analyst (SA) is responsible to review the Acoustic Monitoring Systems of customers with service contracts. Based on the analysis of acoustic data, a report is written notifying the customer of any significant changes. The primary focus of this role is to analyze data acquired from each customer’s AMS (Asset integrity Management Services) system and send a designated report on the status of the AMS. The SA coordinates with the customer, T5 production and software engineers to deal with any acoustic changes or plant issues found as a result of this analysis. Additional responsibilities will focus on sales opportunities related to the needs of existing customers as well as prospecting for new customers. Periodic travel will be required to meet the needs of new and existing customers.




MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:




Analyze AIMS (Asset integrity Management Services) data for leak detection and progression using MISTRAS/Triple 5 hardware, software & procedures.

•Write periodic technical reports for customers based on data analysis.
•Work with customers to troubleshoot hardware and software maintenance issues.
•Developandmaintainrelationshipswithmultiplesurveillance customers.
•Create, modify and distribute System Information worksheets to track customer specific data
•Create, modify and distribute Gain sheets to track customer specific software settings.
•Assist with leak database management and periodically save, create and document leaks.
•Create on-demand PowerPoint presentations for surveillance customers during a leak event.
•Review Smartleak alerts, provide feedback for improvement and follow-up with customer as needed.
•Maintainandroutinelyupdate ACT customerandprospectdatabase.
•Assist withpostsalesactivities, installation, trainingandservice.
•Provide coverage for after-hour, weekend, and holiday surveillance.
•Work with customers to establish and maintain VPN connections and VAMS data.
•Troubleshoot VAMS data streams as needed.
•Work with Marketing Department to provide information for sales material.
•Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
•Outstanding presentation skills and excellent communication, analytical and management skills.
•Generateproposalsandquotations and co-ordinate response to enquiries, bids, and RFQ’s as needed.
•Calls prospective customers to develop new account relationships; site visits as needed to support MISTAS / Triple 5 sales
•Regularlyfollowupsalestofacilitateoffersofupgrades, servicecontracts and additional services.
•LearnandunderstandtechnicalspecificationsandbenefitsofMISTRASproducts.
•Master product information through training and personal efforts.
•Master business technology (AutoCad, CRM, Power Point presentations, etc.).
•Communicate with other MISTRAS team members effectively and maintain the team relationship.
•Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate competing demands.
•Ability to work well with others while following and completing fast-paced schedules.
•Promote MISTRAS in all appropriate forums.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



•2 year Associate Degree preferred.
•3 years related business experience preferred.
•Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
•Candidate should possess excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills.
•Confident with a willingness to learn new technology
•Develop and present reports to internal and/or external customers.
•Interact with technical and non-technical customer contacts.
•Ability and willingness to travel as position demands.
•Ability to walk and lift up to 25lbs during a power plant visit
