Midwest Industrial X-ray is now accepting resumes for Pipeline Integrity Inspectors.
We are a Fargo North Dakota based company that has been providing NDE services throughout the Midwest since 1982. Owned and operated by local skilled professionals, M.I.X. has grown ten-fold throughout the last two decades and operating out of four different office locations.

The Pipeline Integrity Inspector is responsible for:
1. Adherence to company and onsite Safety requirements
2. Compliance and promotion of company QMS program
3. Direct assessment of pipelines using MT, UT and VT
4. UT thickness, Shear wave and Phased Array Inspections for crack detection and sizing
5. Conduct ICDA and ECDA, ILI verification, SCC investigation
6. Coating assessment
7. CP Readings (Soil Resistivity, Pipe to soil), soil samples, performing MIC tests
8. Corrosion and mechanical damage mapping
9. RString and KAPA Calculation
10. Ensure operational safety of all job-relevant equipment
11. Manage projects and correspond directly with the client
12. Operate with minimum guidance and report to the Director of Pipeline Integrity
13. Any further operational duties relating to Pipeline Integrity operations

Skills:
High school diploma or G.E.D.;
Bachelors or Advanced Degree is preferred;
Current NDE certifications in MT, PT, UT, and/or VT
Pipeline Integrity field experience
Computer skills, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software;
Organization and communication skills;
Meet a Call Out working schedule and meet travel requirements;
Effectively carry out supervisor’s instructions;
Communication skills and Proficient in problem solving.

Other Requirements
Able to pass FBI and Company drug/alcohol testing; motor vehicle check;
