machine tool technology. This opportunity is within the
most profitable division in the corporation. The
facility in WI produces industrial components and
equipment serving a broad range of international
industries. This operation has highly skilled machinist

We are searching for a Manufacturing Leader to guide and
direct highly skilled CNC Machinists. The Manufacturing
Leader oversees around 50 valued associates reporting to
the plant manager. The Manufacturing Leader will plan,
schedule and execute production on CNC lathes, mills and
mill/turn machine tools to achieve on-time delivery.
Strong scheduling skills are needed within a high mix,
low volume machining environment. Interested candidates
will need previous experience in a machining operation
having a understanding of cycle times, set up times and
run rates to properly schedule production. The
Manufacturing Leader is responsible for scheduling
machinery, assigning work, allocating resources,
resolving bottlenecks, ensuring standard work, problem
solving, continuous improvements and leadership.
Interested candidates will need the ability to hire,
train, mentor, motivate, review, discipline and promote
team members. The Manufacturing Leader ensures policies,
procedures, safety and environmental regulations are
followed. Candidates who came from the machinist ranks
or have a technical degree and leadership experience will
be considered. We will consider candidates from job
shops, contract manufacturers and/or OEM operations.
Strong follow up, communication, computer and supervision
skills are required. This is an ideal position for

MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience leading,
guiding, motivating and supervising highly skilled
machinists. Candidates will need technical experience
and understanding of CNC machine tool capability in order
to properly schedule equipment. Strong planning,
scheduling and follow skills are required. We will
consider manual or computerized ( MRP ) scheduling in a
machining environment. Experience in a high mix, low
volume operation is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of CNC lathes, mills and machining centers is
needed. Having a degree will allow an employee to be
promotable at any level of the company and throughout the
corporation.
