Qualified and possess current certifications for PT, ET, UT, RT, MT methods. Meet experience requirements to qualify as a Level III Examiner. This is a non-supervisory position. Duties include technical oversight and mentoring of 3-6 in-plant Level II Specialists executing NDT methods, ensuring contractor NDT program complies with contractual standards, builds and adjusts team surveillance as necessary to ensure health of NDT program. Manage and maintain in-plant NDT program and conduct certification training written/practical examination of team members. Communicate professionally using written reports as well as both impromptu and formal verbal status updates to in-plant customer and supplier/agency management personnel. Excercise tact and good team building skills interacting with all team members.
