Johnson Machine Works is a job shop steel fabricator and we have a need for a Professional Level II UT and ideally a Level II MT to perform in process, in shop inspections.

This is a full time, permanent position with no travel required. This is a day shift with the exception of special circumstances when a night shift is required for a period of time.

Duties would include performing inspections, maintaining inspection documents and working with fabricators to resolve and correct welds that do not pass inspection.

We are an AISC certified fabricator meeting the Standard for Steel Building Structures, Certified Bridge Fabrication - Intermediate (Major) plus we hold a Fracture Critical Endorsement and a Sophisticated Paint Endorsement - Covered.
