The Contract Specifications Analyst is responsible for interpreting technical requirements of customer purchase orders and researching and applying National & International Industry Codes & Standards to translate identified requirements into Bradken’s manufacturing process and work instructions in a clear and concise format. When purchase order requirements are in need of clarification, may be in error, or cannot be met, the CS Analyst will need to request clarification, revision, or concession from the customer. The individual will also be responsible for performing and reporting cost impact analysis of the customer requirements.
Skills:
Qualified applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong attention to detail and deductive reasoning skills. Two or more years in specification or contract review preferred as is engineering drawing interpretation and quality control experience. High School Diploma or equivalent is required (Associates degree is preferred). The successful candidate will also need a high level of competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and Unibus, B&L, Access experience is preferred.
