Position Summary:

Applied Technical Services has openings for full time or contract (40-60hrs/week) CR Level II Radiographer Technicians for a long term construction project in Maryland.

All applicants must be able to certify to Level II in computed radiography.
3rd Party Radiation Safety Card preferred, but not mandatory.
Skills:
Minimum Requirements:

◾Certified Level II in RT (SNT-TC-1A)
◾State Card or IRRSP Card preferred.
◾Other NDT certifications such as MT, PT, UT, and CWI are preferred but not required.
◾Must be willing and able to work at heights, confined spaces, outdoors and in labs, manufacturing and industrial sites.
◾Must be willing to work odd hours, work over time, work varying hours and a varying schedule.
◾Must have good communication skills and be computer literate.
◾Must be drug free and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.



Education and Experience:

◾High School Diploma or equivalent
◾Certified Level II RT,
◾Industrial Radiography Radiation Safety Personnel (IRRSP) or applicable agreement state card
◾Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
◾Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
◾Knowledge of NDT equipment
