Regional NDT Sales Positions

R-CON Nondestructive Testing Sales, Service & Consulting has two openings for direct technical sales representatives to represent our business in both the Upper Midwest and New England regions.

R-CON NDT is a leading provider of NDT Equipment and Supplies based in the Upper Midwest with offices in Menomonie, WI - Kansas City, MO – Indianapolis, IN – Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned territory and develop sales opportunities through referrals, cold calling and sales lead follow up.
• Learn our customer’s business needs and serve them by professionally representing our extensive line of nondestructive inspection products.
• Onsite demonstration of NDT products
• Strong technical competence in the field of nondestructive testing
• Develop and maintain a customer database to include day-to-day sales opportunity tracking utilizing cloud-based contact management software.
• Set achievable goals - have the ability to develop sales objectives and strategies to grow your business.
Skills:
Qualifications

• Nondestructive inspection education. Two years of formal education a plus.
• Sales and/or industry experience with a proven track record of success
• Industrial X-Ray experience is a big plus
• Professional demeanor
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
