We are searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to support
their cold heading area. We are searching for 5 years of
process knowledge and tooling design. Degreed candidates
are preferred but not required. The Manufacturing
Engineer will support cold heading operations, directing
manufacturing activities and downtime issues. This
position interacts with internal maintenance
professionals and outside contractors. The Manufacturing
Engineer works on continuous improvement projects to
improve processes, increase tool life and improve up time
of cold heading equipment. Knowledge of tool, die and
punch design is required. Knowledge of DForm software is
a plus. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated
experience improving processes and tooling. Past
experience leading tool build projects is preferred.

MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience developing,
supporting, troubleshooting and improving processes on
cold heading equipment. Experience with shaped component
process development is preferred. Candidates will need
experience designing tool dies and progressions. Degreed
candidates are preferred, but not required.
