The position of Lab Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties: profit and loss of the lab. Audit, maintain, and follow corporate wide programs and initiatives. Direct and manage personnel in all areas. Develop annual budgets. Establish customer base knowledge, and develop management measure tools to ensure programs and procedures are being implemented and followed.
The ideal candidate should have a College degree; Ten years experience in the NDE field, and five years experience in management. ASNT level II certifications; Accounting knowledge a plus.
