NDT Tech Level II, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection

Perform non-destructive test (NDT) inspections of assemblies and detail components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform non-destructive tests and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determination using fluorescent penetrant inspection techniques
• Assist department management in ensuring that all work conforms to customer specifications and requirements
• Read, analyze, evaluate and interpret surface defects as well as documents, work orders, work instructions, specifications, drawings, blue prints and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of two years’ previous experience performing fluorescent penetrant inspection
• Must be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of fluorescent penetrant inspection
• Must meet certification and qualification requirements for Level II personnel per industry standards in PT disciplines
• Ability to read measuring instruments and inspection tools
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule
• Prior training and experience in radiography (film/non-film) would be beneficial
• Good attention to detail, innovative thinking, problem solver, and a team player

Pay: $18-$24 per hour, depending on previous experience.

Hours: 7AM-3:30PM M-F

Local candidates only - Oceanside, CA; No relocation assistance.

Must be able to show proof of citizenship, providing an original of one of the following documents:

2. U.S. Birth Certificate

4. Alien Registration Card (or more commonly known as "green cards" or "permanent resident cards")

Must provide government or state issued ID when interviewing for the position.
