ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior NDE Territory Manager will be based in Houston, and will report directly to the Director of Sales. The candidate will be responsible for the sales of all advanced and specialty NDE services. This role will be responsible for but not limited to: maintaining existing accounts, developing quotes for new and existing accounts, assisting in tactical and strategic planning, creating sales presentations, and direct sales to potential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develop new and existing accounts
-Create new opportunities
-Move opportunities through the pipeline
-Reliable close business
-Update all customer information twice a week in Salesforce
-Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
-Travels as required to meet the requirements of the sales plan.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

-Meet yearly revenue target for your region– $2,500,000
Skills:
REQUIREMENTS:

-3-5 years selling risk based inspection(RBI), Engineering Services or Advanced NDE Services to the PetroChem, Oil, Gas or Power market segments
-Proven track record delivering sales and/or operational results
-Strong leadership and time management skills
-Solid interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
