Position Purpose:
The purpose of the Compliance Manager is to support the regional operational departments by ensuring compliance with quality, safety, radiation safety, JANX policies and client specific requirements in all field operations for JANX.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Business partner with Regional Directors to ensure compliance with all company and client quality policies and procedures
* Coordinate with other Compliance Managers and Quality and Radiation Safety Director to assure coverage for each region.
* Coordinate with and assist Regional Directors to insure project/client needs are addressed including but not limited to the following:
* Review client specifications during quote process.
* Attend client pre-job meetings and safety meetings, distribute information as needed.
* Perform General Construction Safety Auditing including but not limited to the following:
* JSA review
* Vehicle inspection
* Behavior Based Auditing
* Mentoring as needed, administer safety tests
* Review unsafe site conditions with clients and/or contractors for abatement/correction
* Report findings to HSE Manager
* Perform Radiation Safety Auditing including but not limited to the following:
* Conduct required annual re-training, administer radiation safety tests
* DOT Transportation labeling and documentation
* Ensure full compliance with NRC and State requirements
* Report findings to Radiation Safety Officer
* Assist with source retrieval (if needed)
* Perform Quality Assurance Auditing including but not limited to the following:
* Film Auditing, other NDT Methods as applicable
* Perform client requested auditing (some are billable)
* Proctor JANX NDT method certification and recertification testing and eye examinations
* Review of Work Reports
* Report findings to Quality Director
* Perform Operator Qualification and Certification Auditing including but not limited to the following:
* Act as Subject Matter Expert, perform Evaluations for Veriforce, NCCER, ISNetWorld
* Proctor industry required examinations (e.g. NCCER)
* Assure Client OQ requirements are met
* Perform Project Coordination including but not limited to the following:
* Partnering with Operations to assist with smooth project commencement to completion
* Communicate, explain, train technicians as needed in Client expectations, specifications, and report forms.
* Identify need and coordinate the request and delivery of any special supplies, tools, or equipment required for projects.
* Interface with Client representatives
* Customer Satisfaction including but not limited to the following:
* Meet with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and coordinate to provide exceptional service.
* Act as the JANX's site representative to resolve quality and safety issues or non-compliances
* Assist/lead as needed with quality or safety investigations in conjunction with the HSE Manager and / or the Quality and Radiation Safety Director.
* Assist with JANX policy rollout and training for Field Technicians, including but not limited to Code of Ethics Training, Safety Training, and other policies and required training for Field Technicians.
* Follow and enforce the Company required safe work practices and procedures at all times.
* Follow and enforce Company policies at all times.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and promote a positive customer service attitude internally and externally
* Enforce and abide the requirements of safe operation and personal safety using required Personal Protective Equipment and Safe Practices per company policy
* Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience:
* Minimum 5+ years in a quality supervision role
* Minimum 10+ years of applicable experience working in the NDT field / oil and gas service industry
* Must have the ability to maintain company and industry certification standards.
