Position: Operations Manager NDE Services Houston Texas
The company is recruiting for an experienced NDE operations manager. The position is in Houston Texas

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years industry experience
Minimum 5 years managing NDE operations or very large projects/customer sites.
Must be certified or have held certifications in the following methods: RT, UT, MT, PT, VT
Must have experience with; process plants, fabrication shops, off shore, upstream, midstream and downstream very helpful
Must be able to utilize Microsoft office and be computer literate
Must have a clean background, driver’s license and be able to pass a drug test.

Primary Responsibilities
• Facilitates work by scheduling and executing the logistics.
• Forecasting personnel and equipment needs as applicable
• Participates in and generates sales leads and meetings
• Tracks job profitability
• Sets objectives for department
• Participate in developing policies and procedures.
• Attend and preside over meetings.
• Assist in the management and direction of business unit.
• Clearly communicate sales effort results and labor loading requirements
• Delegate job/project responsibility.
• Motivate and encourage employees.
• Assist in lead generation and business development.
• Ensure high customer and client satisfaction.
• Solicit customer feedback.
• Promote company's mission and values.
