Immediate long-term opportunity for an experienced Nondestructive Test (NDT) Inspector to join our client, an established, privately owned manufacturing and engineering company that specializes in the manufacture of proprietary and build-to-print valves, components, and system solutions for military and industrial customers. These unique designs are utilized in steam, hydraulic, sea water and high-pressure applications. Position is located at company headquarters in Salem, Ohio.

Work schedule for this full time, direct hire position is Monday thru Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with some mandatory paid overtime as projects require. There is a 90-day waiting period prior to union membership entrance.

The selected candidate must be able to read and interpret detailed procedures, and pass written and practical test examinations. To be considered, you must have a minimum of 2-5 years of NDT VT, PT and MT Method experience in fabricated and machined components inspection, along with a High School Diploma. Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) certification is recommended.

As a premier U.S.A. contractor, the selected candidate must have the ability to pass an extensive government-directed background check and a pre-employment hair follicle drug test.
