MISTRAS Group is looking for an onsite biller for our Tx City, TX location.

Employee will meet daily and weekly deadlines in processing payroll and billing for 100+ employees with high accuracy. Will also be responsible for processing payroll for all employees and billing all work per the customer requirements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
• Daily entry of time into IFS accounting software via gate log upload
• Daily entry of all consumables and equipment into IFS accounting software
• Balancing IFS entries to TRACK software
• Invoicing all files once approved
• Follow up on customer payment status
• Assist onsite timekeeper as needed with TRACK allocations/rejections
• Process payroll for all onsite employees, including Vacation/PTO/Training/etc
• Assist internal and external auditors with documentation preparation and assist in responding to audit questions
• Overtime will be required during TA

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• AR/AP/Payroll/Timekeeping experience, TRACK experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi‐task

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
• Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
