Acuren’s regional and oil and gas headquarters in La Porte, Texas is currently looking for client care/inside sales manager to build and support existing as well as new business within the region. In this role, the primary focus will be to orchestrate a mix of new business prospecting, lead generation, and client care with existing clients. The Acuren CC will assist and support the sales team as well as individual profit centers with crisp communication with agility. The CC will develop tactical and strategic customer feedback mechanisms to successfully measure overall client satisfaction as well as Acuren performance. In this role, the CC will be responsible to call on the refining, chemical, industrial fabrication and oil & gas clients throughout the region. The position requires above average to outstanding interpersonal skills, strong ethics, ability to work within a team, to multi-task, possess excellent time management skills and have a strong desire to compete and win. In summary, the Acuren CC will identify, develop and facilitate orders, jointly execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals for the client, team, and for Acuren.

AS AN ACUREN CLIENT CARE/INSIDE SALES MANAGER YOU WILL:

 Generate sales opportunities in conjunction with the core business competencies with an emphasis on obtaining new clients in the Gulf Region.
 Assist clients and potential clients via phone, marketing campaigns, and client maintenance
 Lead client satisfaction metrics and performance in region
 Foster, route, and effectively communicate leads and technical questions to the appropriate Acuren management
 Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend solutions
 Support sales and operational teams
 Provide quoting, implement orders, & assist in tracking overall performance metrics
Answer customers' questions about services, products, prices, & availability.
 Source parts for non-stock items and order directly from vendors.
 Continually consult with customers to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
 Provide sales leadership with assigned customers through the formulation and execution of strategies that will support the customer's business needs through their use of Acuren services and solutions.
 Build customer relationships throughout client’s organizations including C-Level as well as within the Acuren organization.
 Support the assigned customer with sales activities that provide assistance to the customer in identifying new opportunities where they can improve reliability, productivity or specific business objectives
 Maintain accurate and up to date records of all opportunities and disposition opportunities as they evolve by utilizing the company CRM tool.
 Make recommendations for continued growth both organically and inorganically.
 Familiarity calling on refining, chemical, industrial fabrication and oil & gas clients throughout the Region.

QUALFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
 Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or a minimum of 5 years of experience in an inside sales or client care
 Minimum of 2 years of knowledge and experience selling products and services associated with oil and gas or inspection including nondestructive testing or mechanical services.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
 Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a valid passport and driver's license

PLEASE NOTE: LaPorte, Texas is the preferred location, however other U.S Gulf Coast locations may be considered.
