Defense Contractor looking for experienced Non-Destructive Testing ASNT UT Level I and II technicians in the Norfolk Virginia area. Responsibilities include lab and field calibrations, testing and repairs.
Requirements:
Completion with certification documentation of ASNT approved Ultrasonics Level I or II. Proof of US citizenship. A valid state issued driver’s license. Qualified applicants must have or be able to pass confidential security level screenings as well as routine drug testing. Record keeping experience to include documentation of preventative maintenance and testing logs. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and industry specific programs. A valid passport and the willingness for local, regional and overseas travel with extended hours, often on short notice required. In addition applicants must be able to work in both hot and cold climates in or near industrial hazards, often on ladders, stairs and platforms at heights in excess of 100 ft.

Skills:
US Navy or shipboard experience as well as a strong electro / mechanical background a plus.
