Service Line Leader

Risk-based Inspection (RBI) -

Location: Houston, Texas

Primary Responsibilities:

As RBI service line leader and subject matter expert (SME), work with senior management and key clients to develop differentiation strategy and ‘Why Acuren’ story.

Build out standardized RBI platform for Acuren, including software strategy, training programs, procedures, reporting protocol, and data management/archiving.

Evaluate software options, recommend a solution, and negotiate terms.

Develop ‘One Acuren’ training program in conjunction with software vendor, oversee and manage rollout of training program (‘train the trainer’, classroom, OJT).

Develop consistent procedures and a quality program to ensure compliance, including reporting and data management.

Oversee and support go to market strategy and implementation, including value proposition, pricing structures, identification of target accounts and involvement in sales process.

Represent Acuren at conferences, trade shows, and industry forums. Leadership on API committees. Keep team updated on trends impacting the service line.

Maintain metrics on performance of service line (number of implementations, number of trained technicians, revenue, etc.)

Overall responsibility for the growth of the service line.

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years of experience with RBI programs in a management, technical, software, and/or sales capacity.
Bachelor Degree.
Strong work ethic and initiative – a self-starter.
Strategic orientation and commercial acumen.
Business results orientation.
Team leadership with strong communication skills. Motivates others.
High integrity. Values are an integral part of this person’s leadership and behavior.
Excellent organization skills; ability to meet deadlines and multi-task; keen attention to detail.
