Seeking a detail oriented professional that is willing to work a "flex schedule" and uses NDT methods to test and/or inspect welded products, components, materials and assemblies to assure conformance with applicable customer specifications and requirements. Nondestructive testing (NDT) is to include Liquid Penetrant Inspection, Ultrasonic Inspection, and Digital Radiography Inspection.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
*Demonstrate ability to perform all NDT inspections/functions of a Level II per RFC's written procedures.
*Conduct NDT inspections for the acceptance of parts and provide identification of material failure within company policy
*Assist in auditing of NDT processes to ensure compliance to AS9100 and NADCAP
*Maintain current visual acuity examinations
*Understand and follow appropriate SOPs and W.I.'s
*Serve as wingbend operator and be qualified in such operation.
*Assist with hands on NDT Training for Level I NDT Technicians.
*Meet NDT Level II qualifications outlined in the NAS410 and RFC's written practice.
Skills:
Qualified Applicants will have:
*2 year of Engineering or Technical School with 2 years Aerospace Experience as a NDT Level II experience,
*OR High School graduate with 4 years of NDT Level II experience.
*PT (liquid penetrant, UT (ultrasonic) and RT (radiography) Hours and classroom training

*Certified Weld Inspector
*Proficient in Microsoft office products
*Ability to frequently travel domestically and internationally. Up to 25%.
*Must be a US Person

Preferred qualifications:
*Trainee Level I RT- 400 hours , PT-130 hours UT-400 hours. Trainee experience for direct certification to a Level II RT-1600 hours, PT-400 hours, UT-1600 hours
*Aerospace Experience
