JOB TITLE: Inspection Technician
EMPLOYER: Intero Integrity Services, LLC

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

SUMMARY: Performs on site robotic tank inspections for the oil and gas industry. Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment, and maintains facility in top condition. Supports all production/facility equipment and field operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspection of above ground storage tanks, using robotic techniques throughout North America. This will require travel out of the country to perform inspections.
Routinely inspects and maintains building and inspection equipment including but not limited to packaging and handling robotic inspection equipment.
Performs minor and routine repairs including but not limited to electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
Assists with the installation and modification of equipment systems.
Creates and maintains up-to-date service and replacement data files for inspection equipment and associated systems. This is to include consumables management.
Communicates need for major repairs or additions to appropriate manager.
Responds in a timely fashion to problems related to robotic inspection equipment and repair.
Makes recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
Inspects building, shop, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
Maintains a clean, safe working environment. Responsible for shop organization and cleanliness.
Possesses and maintains a high level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations.
Prepares required reports and correspondence.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent. College graduate preferred
Background in non-destructive ultra-sonic testing preferred
Valid drivers license
Ability and willingness to travel
Must be able to pass background investigation, Department of Transportation physical, and drug/alcohol test. Random drug and alcohol tests are given monthly
Knowledge of electrical, and industrial maintenance
Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather
