Candidates must possess the ability to professionally deal with customers and outside auditors, train new and existing employees and facilitate continuous improvements in quality and efficiency. Experience in qualifying petro chemical and aerospace products preferred. A Metallurgical degree or NDT Associates degree desirable. ASNT Level III certification in RT PT and NT and Radiation Safety Officer training and experience are required. UT and ET certification desirable.
