The Key Account Manager will assist the operations effort in representing Mistras management with a major refinery customer in Corpus Christi, TX. This position will focus on delivering superior account management in a way so as to maximize the opportunities that allow Mistras management to successfully deliver our services to this customer.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
• Specific account management related to a major Refinery in Corpus Christi as well as other possible future key accounts.
• Based in Corpus Christi, TX, this position will report directly to the Regional Manager. A close working relationship with local management, operations and safety staff is essential.
• Key Account Manager is the first line of communication between this account and Mistras. Excellent communication and technical skills are imperative.
• Key Account Manager will work closely with refinery inspection department and on-site Mistras Project Manager to ensure adequate resources are in place and all needs of both parties are being met. Interaction with refinery personnel is required in order to properly communicate the value proposition for our solutions.
• Develop, implement and promote specific value added methodologies related to Mistras’ service offerings.
• Monitor customer satisfaction level regarding services being provided.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators, measuring safety, performance and cost avoidance metrics.
• Operational support and communication link between key account and Mistras management.
• Represent Mistras Group at all planning meetings, safety meetings as deemed appropriate by management.
• Aid in operational representation regarding labor recruiting and project staffing.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma, undergraduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of NDT/Inspection experience.
• TWIC Card required
• Must have or ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of Mistras’ NDT and Advanced NDT offerings.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
• Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
