MISTRAS Group is seeking a Timekeeper for a 1-2 month temporary contract position at our El Paso, TX location.

*Must be able to drive own vehicle to El Paso, TX
*Must be able to pass a drug screen, hair follicle, background check and have no priors in DISA
*Must have TRACK experience & be proficient in Microsoft Office
*Must have turnaround experience
*Must be detail oriented & able to multi-task

The Timekeeper is responsible for making sure all timesheets are accurate and matches the contract before entry into customer supplied system and IFS. Ensuring that billing and payroll are accurate.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
• Gather all timesheets from employees
• Verify Hours to Gate Logs
• Verify codes are correct
• Verify PO#’s and WO#’s on timesheets
• Make sure all Per Diem, Equipment and materials are on the timesheets and allocated for billing
• Create Exception/Override forms for those needing EC’s,
• Send Exception/Overrides out for approval/processing
• Email timesheets daily with gate logs, EC’s etc. to Office Admin contact
• Enter time/equipment/materials/per diem in customer specified onsite system
• Enter time/equipment/materials/per diem in IFS system
• Follow procedure for onsite system to get time approved
• Cost Tracking for site PO’s, Projects as required by the client
• Once all items in have been authorized- Send final reports for invoicing
• Address invoicing concerns or issues
• Schedule change forms to be filled out and sent for approval as needed.
• New Badge forms to be filled out and sent for approval as needed
• Assist employees as needed with Payroll questions, etc.
• Weekly pass out audited payroll to the employees so they are aware of what they are paid and we can correct any discrepancies in a timely fashion.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• TRACK experience
• Familiarity with online time entry programs.
• Excel (Spreadsheets/Tracking).
• Strong communication and organization skills.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
• Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
