Summary:
• Reports to the VP of Operations and collaborates closely with the Directors of Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Administration. This position will Develop, implement and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production consistent with established standards, customer specifications and production goals.
Job Duties:
•Performing internal audits.
*Addressing non-conformities from previous internal and external audits.
•Conducting a Management Review of the Quality System.
•Following-up on and closing pending Preventive and Corrective Action Requests.
•Insuring that organizational systems and training is in place.
*Preparing organization for ISO 9001 audit.
•Ensuring that documentation and design controls are appropriate for organization.
•Administering document control and configuration management system.
•Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives.
•Overseeing established calibration and testing program.
•Assisting the management team and provide QA support as necessary.
•Maintaining Design History File.

Skills:
Education and Experience Required:
•Bachelor's degree.
*5 years experience in pressure vessel field with experience concentrated in fabrication and testing, or an AAS degree on Mechanical or Metallurgy Technology
•Familiar with or experience in ISO 9001-2000, ASME code section I, V,VIII Division 1, IX, API, HEI and TEMA. Must show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skill Sets:
•Minimum of seven years experience in pressure vessel fabrication and testing with a proven record of accomplishment.
•Bachelor's degree.
