Skills:
Current CWI
- AND -
Current UT Level II certification with 2 years experience
minimum.
OJT Hours and Classroom Training Certificates for Level II
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Current driver license with clean driving record.
Must pass a DOT Drug Screen and Breath Alcohol Test.
Must pass a stringent fingerprint background check.
