As we expand the footprint of our platform around the world, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join us and support our growth strategy.

Role:
Primary role is to work in the North American market promoting NDT sales of the dolphicam2 platform.
This will include interacting with client’s technical personnel/departments regarding testing /evaluation of the platform, along with demonstrations
The role is based from home in North America.
The role will lead technical sales and end user support through:
• Provide technical demos and visiting clients at site (or remotely) to allow sales to progress
• understanding the client’s needs and reflecting the use of dolphicam2 back to the client for these needs
• ability to perform independent material testing for clients
• fielding specific questions about the platform to end clients
• supporting clients to better understand the latest advancements with the platform
• Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers (technical and non-technical) in our core industries.
• Overseeing and managing variety of opportunities, typically spanning a wide geographical area
• Identifying any valuable emerging markets and/or clients
• Accurately forecasting future sales and following sales plans
• Adapt to shifts in the marketplace and feeding this back to the business
• Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
• ongoing customers – account management
• ability to perform independent material testing for clients
• working with CRM system, and updating continually
• generation of quote to clients
• working with the marketing team to generate new material for online
• delivering presentations to clients
• managing the sales funnel to optimize new sales to the company
• identifying strategic partners that will assist in sales expansion
• client training
• communicate with aftersales dept and customers following delivery
• handle tailormade advanced training for special customers, as required
Skills:
Essential Skills
• NDT Level2 or Level3 in Ultrasound
• 5+ years’ experience of using NDT in the field
• Engineering/Science background
• Fluent in English

• Willing to travel to support sales efforts
• Can work independently and remotely with minimal supervision or in a team
• Experience of dealing with military, aerospace or heavy industry
