Quality Lead Auditor with strong nuclear-related quality assurance skills. The position will report directly to the Nuclear QA Manager. The qualified individual will have primary responsibility for evaluation, qualification and ongoing maintenance of approved suppliers that provide items and services to SHINE. The individual in this role will also perform various other assessments and assist in the conduct of QA/QC activities, as assigned.

Quality Lead Auditor candidates with a college degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in nuclear quality assurance are preferred. The right candidate will be able to work independently and apply the critical thinking necessary to draw conclusions from a variety of sources. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, as well as interface with clients, contractors, suppliers and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) personnel. Industry certifications including, but not limited to, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or other Quality certifications are desired.
