Dynomax, Inc is expanding! We are adding brand new, state of the art CNC Machines. With the additional machines and projects, maintaining quality is a priority. The Level II NDT Technician will be responsible for conducting Fluorescent Penetrant and Magnetic Particle inspections to ensure that materials and parts meet or exceed both customer specifications and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

*Perform Fluorescent Penetrant and Magnetic Particle inspections in a production environment
*Develop Part Specific Technique Sheets
*Run part(s) through the NDT system
*Make accept/reject decisions in regards to part(s).
*Conduct process control test
*Perform NDT inspections for auditors
*Supports and maintains the quality system.
*Serve as the primary resource to department supervisors for problem identification, resolution, trends, and continuous improvement.

Skills:
Job Requirements:

*Current Level II- NDT Fluorescent Penetrant, or Magnetic Particle, or both inspector certification required.
*Practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 a plus
*Knowledge of AS 9100 a plus.
*Experience in metal processing, medical / aerospace / automotive parts manufacturing.
*Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills, both written and oral.
