U.S. Inspection & NDT, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Lafayette, LA.

Position Summary:

● Responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy prior to submitting them to our clients for billing
● Enter mileage data and maintain tracking system to ensure honest fuel consumption across company fleet
● Send out PO tracking data to clients at the end of every week
● Closely monitor each project’s financial data to stay within set budget and request change orders from clients when needed
● Monitor and maintain company’s social media accounts, publish new content monthly, enhance website SEO with help from website designer
● Work with management to provide quotes for clients based on their unique project’s needs
● Assist upper management with any supplemental tasks they need help with
● Review technicians work tickets, time sheets, and mileage data for accuracy
● Post job offerings online to recruit new talent as company grows
● Help manage filing status in the various states we conduct business in
● Assist in company fundraising events across the country
