Based out of Houston, TX, the Installation & Services Manager will act as the main point of contact for all installations, service coordination, and technical specialist while creating relationships with new as well as supporting existing customers for the Installed Sensor (IS) business within Sensor Networks. The main function which the Installation & Services Manager will be tasked, is to perform installations, create meaningful relationships with key customers, and ensure the customer’s experience with SNI is the best it can be once the product has been shipped and installed at the customer’s site.
Skills:
• Able to enter refineries & production facilities:
o Drug testing qualifications (DISA screening)
o Site specific & safety orientations
o TWIC approvals
• Communicate all pre-installation needs with customers
• Schedule and perform new installation & service visits
• Aid in maintenance and trouble shooting for existing products
• Training customers/partners how to service equipment
• Creating meaningful relationships with end user customers
• Writing installation reports and recurring analysis & documentation with customers

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 year degree from trade school or technical college
• Minimum 3 years of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) or corrosion management service, sales, and/or operations experience
• Industry experience: Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, Aerospace
• Understands industrial wireless/communication protocols is desired
• Familiar with Ultrasound Technology (UT), level I or II desired
