Applied Technical Services LLC is currently seeking Trainees for one of our subsidiaries in Houston. If you live near Seattle, you will be trained in Seattle and after 90 days, relocate to Houston for work. Successful candidates will serve in an apprenticeship role in marine inspection services which includes non-destructive testing. Interested applicants should be energetic, quick learners, pay attention to detail, and interested in extensive travel around the word. Diver/tender make great candidates. No additional experience is required. Please review the below details:

Skills:
Minimum Requirements: Rate: Starting at $20 to $25/hr DOE and required classroom MT/UTT hours. Higher rates for MT/UTT Level II personnel up to $35/hr.
- Willing to travel nationally or internally 24/7 for up to 3 months at a time.
- After training in Seattle, permanent relocation required to Houston, TX. Local candidates preferred in either Houston or Seattle.
- MUST BE US Citizen, able to work in USA.
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- MUST HAVE TWIC
- MUST HAVE PASSPORT
- MUST BE VACINATED WITH RECORDS
- Ability to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures, get along, play well with others
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Applicants have/must complete a background check, drug screen, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior military NDT/NDI encouraged to apply.
- MUST HAVE prior NDT training in MT/UTT.
- Experience with Microsoft Office – CAD (Computer-Aided Design) preferred.
- Diver diver/tender trained candidates preferred.
