The NDT Data Technician is assigned and reports to the Kakivik Project Lead and will provide professional project support in the daily operations of the Kakivik Management Team.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Provide data entry within the inspection database:
Edit data discrepancies within the database as requested
Gather, organize, and analyze previous inspection records for efficient entry into databases.
Walk down inspection data in the field and correlate the data with field data.
Enter and upload data from previous and current inspection activities.


Working Conditions:

Work involves significant use of computer terminal and may require sitting for extended periods. Some overtime may be required.
Physical Restrictions:

May require light physical effort such as stooping, bending, reaching and occasional lifting of lightweight objects (up to 25 pounds).
Contingencies:
Offer contingent upon ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Bachelor’s degree preferable;
Valid Driver’s License without restrictions.
2+ years’ professional office/administrative experience required
Experience with PCMS.

Proficient on computer and general office equipment with thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, SharePoint);
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills;
Calm demeanor and a purposeful listener;
Demonstrated discretion and sensitivity about confidential information;
Skilled in minute taking, researching, and coordinating travel and logistics
