Position Overview

Document Controller needed!

This position is responsible for the development, implementation, training and auditing of all controlled documentation: drawings, procedures, reports and any other document under revision control.



Previous experience with SharePoint and Project Wise preferred.

The main duties include:

* Process, distribute, and maintain controlled documentation using owner document control system.
* Process documents for revision and approval. Monitor the distribution and reconciliation of process or reference documents.
* Administer the Engineering Change Request/Order and coordinate the preparation and review of change requests.

*Pay range is $30-40/hr. Pay will vary on experience*

Education and Work Experience

* 5 years of experience in Document Management working with Project Wise and SharePoint.
* High School diploma required.
* Associate and/or Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not necessary) in a related field of work; or a combination of two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
