Position Overview
This position is responsible for the cost maintenance processes. This includes creating and maintaining cost structure master data, maintaining purchase order dates, and availability control.
The main duties include:
* Maintain and coordinate system cost management (Availability Control) changes to Networks management and business personnel
* Create, maintain and validate cost structure data with our global operating system (SAP)
* Consolidate access requests for SAP cost structures
* Consolidate access requests for purchasing

Education and Work Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Business related field.
* 3 years of experience in construction and project management.
* Excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint Expertise. (Microsoft Excel utilization of pivot tables, v look up, algorithms, and excel other functions).
* A minimum of 5 years' experience preferred. Strong quantitative skills with the ability to use spreadsheets or similar programs, strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to use the MS Office Suite.
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
