The purpose of the Business Development Director is to develop market strategies in line with company growth, strategic plans, and market intelligence along with supporting specific advanced service solutions nationally and locally in conjunction with the Regional Directors and Division Managers to grow the Advanced Services clients, capabilities, technology, service delivery and employee base.

The main duties include:

* Build a strong client relation network and relationships and identify key target accounts throughout USA for specific advanced services solutions to increase company sales, client portfolio, and geographic growth.
* Develop, manage, and ensure operational excellence for the JANX Advanced Services Group, including but not limited to existing and new Service Lines, by measuring key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, sales goals, annual budget attainment, and corporate initiatives and targets for the JANX Advances Services Group together with the Advanced Services Manager.
* Develop new opportunities for Advanced Services Group including but not limited expansion of existing Service Lines, introduction of new Service Lines focused on high margins and growth, new clients, and new technology field adaptation, acceptance, and use across the USA.
* Develop and implement new technologies in the Advances Services Group to increase revenue growth and margin percentage while ensuring client acceptance and readiness for use in field applications.

Education and Work Experience

* 10+ years of experience in an aggressive sales environment in the oil and gas service industry required.
* 10+ years of NDT experience in both the field and operations, including advanced NDT technology, methods, and applications such as Phased Array, UT Shearwave, and Automated UT.
* Successful candidates must understand the oil and gas service industry and have a proven record of accomplishment, showing business impact and creative thinking as well as established customer relationships.
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
