Level II NDT Technicians

Full-time positions in the Deer Park, TX area for NDT Level II Technicians who are certified in (MT PT UTT), with competitive pay,full benefits, and opportunities to advance your career.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Certified Level II (MT, PT, UTT);
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections;
• Valid Driver’s License and pre-access drug and alcohol testing required;
• Must pass Pre-employment background checks;
• Must have a Valid TWIC card;
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent;
• Experience in report writing;
• Dependable and reliable with strong work ethic;

Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment;
• Utilize appropriate NDT method to perform NDT inspections, including Visual, Magnetic Particle and Penetrant Testing of components and materials in accordance with applicable codes, standards, equipment utilization, specifications, and procedures;
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure accurate and reliable results;
• Interpret test results and prepare detailed reports documenting findings daily;
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for improvement;
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality;
• Adhere to safety regulations;

Physical Requirements:

• Move, carry, and lift objects 50 lbs. or more;
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb;
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions;
• Must be able to work at heights over 48 feet and in confined spaces with small openings;
