Full-time positions in the Deer Park, TX area for Multi-Certified API Inspectors who are certified in (510/570/653 or 510/570), with competitive pay, full benefits, and opportunities to advance your career.
Skills:
Required Skills and Experience:

• Certified API (510/570/653 or 510/570);
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned API tasks and interpret results of inspections;
• Valid Driver’s License and pre-access drug and alcohol testing required;
• Must pass Pre-employment background checks;
• Must have a Valid TWIC card;
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent;
• Experience in report writing;
• Dependable and reliable with strong work ethic;

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual examination of equipment in accordance with American Petroleum Institute (API) standard 510, 570, 653 and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME);
• Submit technically accurate reports documenting equipment condition;
• Provide technical recommendations for the repair, re-rate, replacement, and/or alteration of process equipment, as required for safe operation within stated operating parameters for durations specified by client;
• Utilize appropriate inspection method to perform inspections of equipment in accordance with applicable codes, standards, equipment utilization, specifications, and procedures;
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure accurate and reliable results
• In-depth, working knowledge of API 510, 570 and API 653;
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for improvement;
• Technical report writing
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Ability to maintain positive working relations with client and co-workers.
• Ability to work extended hours
• Fully comply with all Base Line Data, Inc. and clients safe work practices and actively participate in all site safety initiatives.

Physical Requirements:
• Move, carry, and lift objects 50 lbs. or more;
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb to maneuver to access confined spaces and high reach areas;
• Must have sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to communicate effectively;
• Must have sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodations, which permits the employee to conduct inspections;
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions;
• Must be able to work at heights over 48 feet and in confined spaces with small openings;
