Acuren is currently recruiting for an NDT Assistant for a night shift schedule to support our operations near Tinley Park, IL. This will be a 4/10s schedule from 7 pm to 5:30 am.
Responsibilities
Set up and utilize Nondestructive Test equipment
Assist Radiographers in the calibration of NDT equipment
Assist Radiographers to conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
Record results of inspections
Assist performing NDT procedures, carrying equipment and other operations
Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management
