Working as Client representative for Welding/NDE Inspection, the role will be to monitor the sub-contractors compliance during the fabrication of three small valve manifold/pig trap platforms.
Role includes:
Surveillance activities of Contractor's Quality Plan, ITP and Quality Procedures on welding and NDE activities ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, & standards.
Monitor radiation safety checks conducted by contractor.
Monitor contractors audit process is in compliance with audit schedule requirements.
Monitor contractor's traceability procedures.
Monitor contractor's document control process.

Skills:
Canidates will have extensive training and experience in welding and radiographic film interpretation. Current certifications as AWS CWI, ASNT Level II inspector or approved equivalent. Knowledge of standards for equipment, materials and construction methods.
H.S. with AWS CWI and ASNT RT Level II or Film Interpretation qualifications.
Minimum 10 years in Mechanical, Welding and NDE in facilities type environment with heavy emphasis on process pipe experience.
