CNC Lead Operator

Industry leader in the testing industry has an urgent need for a CNC Lead Operator at our Houston Texas location. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in CNC Mill & Lathe programming. Working knowledge of materials and related “feeds and speeds”. Strong leadership skills in machine shop environment and an ability to schedule work load with staff size a must. Demonstrated ability to teach others in proper technique and practice relative to CNC equipment. Strong history of safe operation of a machine shop and excellent ability to establish and maintain inventory control of consumables. Experience with specimen machining a plus.
