Fluence Labs is a cutting-edge provider of non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions, targeting all sectors with a primary focus on aerospace. We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to build our sales program from the ground up and drive market expansion.

What You Will Do In This Role
Anything & Everything: Tackle a diverse range of tasks, from standard sales duties to entrepreneurial challenges. No task is too big or too small.

Lead Generation & Go-To-Market Execution: Collaborate with our technical teams to execute market roll-out plans for our NDT solutions. Prospect and identify opportunities with aerospace clients, own the sales funnel, and provide client feedback to shape our strategy and product roadmap.

Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of the advanced manufacturing landscape. Analyze competitors’ pricing, positioning, and innovations. Deliver actionable insights to guide product strategy and market expansion.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing, new, and prospective clients across North America, with a focus on aerospace. Manage sales calls, inquiries, and partnerships to drive growth.

Systems Building: Design and implement robust sales systems and processes to optimize team performance. This includes customizing CRM platforms, integrating sales automation tools, and leveraging data analytics to drive efficiency, improve customer relationship management, and enable data-driven decision-making across the sales funnel.
Skills:
Qualifications
10+ years of sales leadership experience in advanced b2b services

Proven success building sales programs and hitting aggressive targets.

Deep expertise in the application of advanced NDT techniques.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Extremely strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and professional sales skills.

Strong reporting skills as well as time and priority management skills

Strong strategic planning and execution skills

Exceptional ability to work with others as part of a cross-functional team.

Knowledge of advanced manufacturing and supply chain is key.

Knowledge and experience in the sales of Services (as opposed to Products) is critical.
Compensation
$80,000-$300,000
