Job Summary: Arctic Testing and Inspection is currently seeking a Houston Division Manager. This position reports to the Vice President and supports the organization's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, commitment to our community, accountability, and ownership. The Division Manager is responsible for the overall management, growth, and operational performance of the NDE division. This includes overseeing field operations, client relations, staffing, budgeting, safety compliance, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of NDE techniques and industry standards, and a proven track record of managing technical teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the division, ensuring service delivery meets client specifications, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Manage and optimize scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for NDE projects.
Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, safety, and quality.
Participate in business development efforts, proposal generation, and contract negotiations.
Track financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and forecasting.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of NDE technicians, supervisors, and administrative support.
Skills:
Key Requirements, Education, and Experience:

5+ years of experience in NDE or related industrial inspection services.
3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role, with direct responsibility for teams and budgets.
Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM, AWS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.


Travel:

Office-based with regular travel to client sites and field locations.
