NDT Level III Examiner
Responsible for training, examining, and certifying NDT personnel RT,PT, MT as well as development and/or approveal of inspection techniques.
Materials used: X-ray techniques, X-ray film, film developing solutions, lead identification numbers, penetrameters, film cassettes, customer specifications. Various waxes, castings, in-process and finished product magnetic particles, oil suspension, and liquid penetrant.
Responsible for training, examining, and certifying NDT personnel RT,PT, MT as well as development and/or approveal of inspection techniques.

Skills:
4-6 years experience
BS Degree Engineering
Vision must be 20/25, near correctable, and be able to satisfactorily distinguish colors.
High Level of math skills (algebra and trigonometry)
Evident of passing Level III written and practical exams
Ability to work with customers, including travel as necessary.
Computer skills are required: HP Inform, Data Express, Word processing, spreadsheet, database, and SPC.
Quality control experience in investment castings or machined components are desired
